Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To mix and pour funnel pitcher, add 6.60 oz. clear soap and heat in microwave until soap has melted. Meanwhile, to beaker add 0.20 oz. fragrance and 0.10 oz. vanilla color stabilizer. Mix well and allow to sit for two minutes.
  2. Add fragrance mixture and red mica to melted soap and mix well.
  3. Pour 1.10 oz. into each mold cavity and allow soap to harden.
  4. To clean mix and pour funnel pitcher, add 6.60 oz. white soap and heat in microwave until soap has melted. Meanwhile, to beaker add 0.20 oz. fragrance and 0.10 oz. vanilla color stabilizer. Mix well and allow to sit for two minutes. Add to melted soap and mix well.
  5. When melted soap has cooled to 130ºF, spray red soap with rubbing alcohol, and pour 1.10 oz. white soap into each cavity and allow soap to harden.
  6. To clean mix and pour funnel pitcher, add 7.20 oz. clear soap and heat in microwave until soap has melted. Meanwhile, mix 0.20 oz. fragrance and 0.10 oz. vanilla color stabilizer and allow mixture to sit for two minutes.
  7. Add fragrance mixture and blue mica to soap and mix well.
  8. When melted soap has cooled to 130ºF, spray white soap with rubbing alcohol, and fill molds with blue soap.
  9. With ruler, measure wooden stick and mark lightly with pencil at 1.50". Place the mold cover onto the mold and insert each wooden stick into the slots. Line up your mark to the top of the slot.
  10. Allow soap to harden and then remove soap from mold. (Do not pull on sticks.)
  11. Repeat steps 1-11 to make 6 more soap pops.
  12. Wrap with plastic wrap and label accordingly. Be sure to add to label  “DO NOT EAT. REMOVE STICK BEFORE USING”.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse off with warm water.

Ingredient Label: Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide, Fragrance, Fluorphlogopite, Tin Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Ultramarine Blue.
