Layered Neon Soap Loaf

This soap smells like a fruity summertime drink! Pouring at an angle gives a fun twist to the soap. For bright neon colors, we used the extra clear MP soap base.
Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.
Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Scale
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Measuring Spoons
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Jelly Roll Pan
• (1) Mitre Box (optional)
• (1) Digital Thermometer

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace. - Add 0.25 oz. of Glycerin to each of the four plastic beakers. Add one Neon Powder to each beaker and mix well using mini mixer.
- To measuring cup, add 10 oz. cut up Clear Soap and heat in microwave until melted.
- Prop Loaf Mold against the lip of a jelly roll pan. (This will create angled layers.)
- Add 0.25 oz. Fragrance Oil and one pre-mixed color to melted soap. Mix well.
- Pour into mold and spritz with rubbing alcohol.
- Repeat steps 2-6 to make remaining colored layers spritzing the surface of the hardened soap with rubbing alcohol before pouring each new layer. Place soap mold flat on jelly roll pan to pour final layer.
- Allow to harden and then remove from mold. Slice into 1” bars and package in plastic wrap.
- Label accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.
