Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Add 1 oz. cut up Goat Milk Soap to plastic beaker. Heat in microwave until melted.
  2. Add Evergreen Powder and mix well.
  3. Place molds on flat surface and prop the bottom up slightly so the melted soap will stay in the top of the pineapple. Pour the green soap into the top of the pineapple. Spritz and let soap harden.
  4. Add 4.50 oz. of Goat Milk Soap to small microwave-safe measuring cup and heat in microwave until melted.
  5. To a plastic beaker, add 3.50 ml Fragrance Oil and mix in 1.50 ml Vanilla Color Stabilizer. Let sit for 2 minutes.
  6. Add Golden Pineapple Mica Powder and fragrance mixture to the soap and mix well.
  7. Prop up the top end of the mold. Pour the yellow soap into the bottom of each pineapple. Spritz and let soap set up slightly.
  8. In plastic beaker, mix 0.75 oz. Fragrance Oil with 0.35 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer. Let sit for 2 minutes.
  9. Add 23 oz. Goat Milk Soap to a microwave-safe measuring cup and heat  in microwave until melted. Add fragrance mixture and blend well.
  10. When soap temperature has cooled to between 125-130°F, spritz each soap cavity well with rubbing alcohol. Pour soap into cavities, filling to the top. Spritz with rubbing alcohol to release any surface bubbles. Let soap harden.
  11. Remove soaps from mold and set on flat surface.
  12. In plastic beaker, mix 1 teaspoon of Gingerbread Brown Mica Powder with approximately 0.10 oz. rubbing alcohol. Using a small thin paintbrush, paint the lines on the pineapple soaps. Gently rub the top of the soap with a paper towel. This will blend the brown mica color giving it an antique look.
  13. Let soap paint dry and wrap in plastic wrap.
  14. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse off with warm water.
