About This Recipe:
Be carried away to the place where warm breezes blow and palm trees sway when you indulge in this scrumptious sugar scrub.  Moisturizing oils and accompanying exfoliants are infused with the aromas of papaya and mango in this skin polishing treatment.

(1) 1 lb (single jar) Foaming Bath Whip - Traditional

(1) 5 lb Sugar - White Granulated Sugar

(2) 2 oz Macadamia Nut Oil

(1) 2 oz Sweet Almond Oil - Refined

(1) 1/2 oz Vitamin E Natural T-50

(1) 2 fl. oz Mango Papaya Fragrance Oil 93

(1) 2 oz Preservative - Sorbic Acid +2 PF

(1) 2.5 gm Bag Neon Nuclear Orange Powder

(1) 2.5 gm Bag Matte Americana Red Oxide Pigment Powder

(2) 2 oz Poppy Seeds

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(6) 1 Jars 08 oz Clear Powell Oval Plastic Jar - 70/400

(6) 1 Piece 70/400 Black Dome Top Cap - F217 Liner


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 16 oz. Foaming Bath Whip - Traditional
• 3 1/4 Cup(s) Sugar - White Granulated Sugar
• 3 oz. Macadamia Nut Oil
• 2 oz. Sweet Almond Oil - Refined
• 0.50 oz. Vitamin E Natural T-50
• 1.5 oz. Mango Papaya Fragrance Oil 93
• 0.50 oz. Preservative - Sorbic Acid +2 PF
• 2 Teaspoon(s) Neon Nuclear Orange Powder
• 1/8 Teaspoon(s) Matte Americana Red Oxide Pigment Powder
• 5 Tablespoon(s) Poppy Seeds


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Mixing Bowl (64 oz.)
• (1) Hand Mixer
• (1) Measuring Cups
• (1) Mixing Spoons
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE:  If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace. 
  1. Into a large mixing bowl, add Foaming Bath Whip.
  2. Using a hand mixer, blend on medium speed until fluffy.
  3. Add sugar, mixing after each cup.  
  4. Add Macadamia Nut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil and Vitamin E.  Mix well.
  5. Add Mango Payapa Fragrance Oil and preservative. Blend into mixture.
  6. Add 5 Tablespoons of poppy seeds and fold in.
  7. Add 2 teaspoons of Orange Powder and 1/8 teaspoon Red Oxide Pigment Powder. Mix well, making sure to scrape sides and bottom of bowl until color is even and completely incorporated.   
  8. Fill jars to approximately 8 oz. by weight. Any leftover product can be divided between the jars. Apply lids.
  9. Label product accordingly.
To Use:  Lather onto wet skin. Rinse with warm water.
