About This Recipe:
This soap is great in the shower. The round shape is easy to hold while washing and scrubbing dry, callus areas on knees, elbows and feet.

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 48 oz. Premium Extra Clear MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 16 oz. Premium Oatmeal MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 1.8 oz. Energy Fragrance Oil 789
• 0.20 oz. Orange Salsa Sparkle Mica Soap Color Blocks
• 12 Piece(s) 7/8 inch Luffa Slices


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (32 oz.)
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Spray Bottle with Rubbing Alcohol
• (1) Plastic Wrap
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (8 oz.)
• (1) Soap Cutter & Cutting Mat
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Thermometer - Digital

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To make 12 bars of soap, recipe must be made twice.
  2. Add 24 oz. cut up Extra Clear MP Soap and place into glass measuring cup.
  3. Add 0.10 oz. Orange Color bar to soap
  4. Heat in microwave for 3 minutes or until melted. 
  5. Add 0.70 oz. Fragrance Oil and mix well.
  6. Place a luffa slice into each of the 6 mold cavities.
  7. Pour soap into each mold leaving ¼" of space.
  8. Spritz with alcohol and allow to harden.
  9. Add 8 oz. cut up Oatmeal MP Soap to clean measuring cup.
  10. Heat in microwave in 30 second increments until soap has melted.
  11. Add 0.20 oz. Fragrance Oil and mix well. Wait until temperature is 130°F or below.
  12. Spritz orange soaps with rubbing alcohol and then fill mold cavities with melted soap.
  13. Allow to harden and remove soap bars from mold. Wrap airtight in plastic wrap.
  14. Repeat to make 6 additional soaps. 
  15. Label accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.
