About This Recipe:
This luxurious shampoo contains Cocamidopropyl Betaine which is derived from Coconut Oil and helps control static (fly-away hair).

(1) 1 Gallon (1 Jug) Clear Conditioning Shampoo

(1) 2 fl. oz Caribbean Escape* Fragrance Oil 495

(1) 2 oz Polysorbate 20

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(2) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene

(16) 1 Bottle 08 oz Natural LDPE Boston Round Bottle - 24/410

(16) 1 Piece 24/410 Natural Smooth Disc Top Cap


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 132 oz. Clear Conditioning Shampoo
• 1.50 oz. Caribbean Escape* Fragrance Oil 495
• 1.50 oz. Polysorbate 20


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (64 oz.)
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Mixing Spoon
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To microwave-safe measuring cup, add 66 oz. Clear Conditioning Shampoo and heat in microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. In plastic beaker, mix 0.75 oz. of Caribbean Escape Fragrance Oil with 0.75 oz. of Polysorbate 20. Let sit for 2 minutes.  Add fragrance mixture to warmed shampoo and mix well.
  3. Fill eight bottles with 8.30 oz. by weight, stirring between pours.
  4. Repeat steps 1 - 5 to make remaining eight bottles.
  5. Allow shampoo to cool and then place tops onto bottles.
  6. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet hair. Rinse. Avoid contact with eyes.
