These lotions bars have an all natural base that includes shea butter, cocoa butter and grapeseed oil. Feels outstanding on the skin!!

(1) 1 lb Shea Butter - Ultra Refined
(1) 1 lb Grape Seed Oil
(1) 1 lb Cocoa Butter - Deodorized & Ultra White
(1) 1 lb Beeswax - Ultra Refined & Bleached
(1) 2 fl. oz Hello Sugar* - EO & FO Blend 377
(1) 1/2 oz Rosemary Oleoresin Extract (ROE)
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(1) 12 Set 02.5 oz White Lotion Bar Tube & Top - Dial Up


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 7 oz. Shea Butter - Ultra Refined
• 7 oz. Grape Seed Oil
• 8 oz. Cocoa Butter - Deodorized & Ultra White
• 7 oz. Beeswax - Ultra Refined & Bleached
• 0.50 oz. Hello Sugar* - EO & FO Blend 377
• 0.20 oz. Rosemary Oleoresin Extract (ROE)


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Thermometer
• (1) Double Boiler or Stove Top
• (1) Metal Pot
• (1) Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Spatula

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To double boiler or metal pot, add cocoa butter and beeswax. Heat on low until melted.
  2. Turn off heat and add shea butter. Let melt naturally.
  3. Add grape seed oil, fragrance oil and rosemary oleoresin to measuring cup.
  4. Pour oils into wax mixture. (If it solidifies when combined, place on low heat to remelt.)
  5. When temperature has cooled to around 145°F, fill each tube to 2.30 oz. by weight.
  6. Cool completely and then place lids on tubes.
  7. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Rub onto dry skin.

WARNING: Do not store in hot care or leave out in sun as lotion will soften and melt.
