About This Recipe:
These simple but elegant swirled heart soaps will make the perfect wedding or shower favor, or a little extra something for your special bridesmaids. The scent of bubbly Pink Champagne is the perfect scent for this elegant soap.

(2) 2 lb Detergent Free Moroccan Argan MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
(1) 2 fl. oz Pink Champagne Fragrance Oil 203
(1) 2 oz Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap
(2) 2.5 gm Bag Super Sparkle Rose Gold Mica Powder
(2) 1 Mold Swirled Heart Soap Mold (MW 236)
(1) 1 Set Powder Spray Set - 35 ml (Standard)
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(1) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 42 oz. Detergent Free Moroccan Argan MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 1.32 oz. Pink Champagne Fragrance Oil 203
• 0.66 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap
• 2 Teaspoon(s) Super Sparkle Rose Gold Mica Powder


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (32 oz.)
• (1) Rubbing Alcohol - 99%
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Soap Cutter & Cutting Mat
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.  
  1. To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 21 oz. of cut up soap base. Heat in microwave until completely melted
  2. Add 0.66 oz. fragrance oil and mix into melted soap.   
  3. Pour into the cavities of the two plastic molds. Spritz top of soaps with rubbing alcohol to release any air bubbles. Let set for about 30 minutes then place in refrigerator to completely harden.  
  4. When soap has completely hardened, remove from fridge. Carefully turn molds over and press on each cavity to remove the soap. Set soaps aside on a table or cookie sheet.
  5. Repeat above steps to make the remaining 6 soaps. 
  6. While the soaps are setting up, remove the sprayer cap from the 35 ml powder spray bottle. Place about 2 teaspoons of Sparkle Gold Rose Mica Powder into the bottle and place spray top on bottle.
  7. Spray the first set of 6 soaps with the mica powder being sure to cover the top of the soaps well.
  8. Repeat with the second set of soaps when they are unmolded. 
  9. Package soaps as desired and label accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse off with warm water.
