Shopping List:
(1) 2 lb Detergent Free Coconut Milk MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
(1) 2 fl. oz Plantation Pineapple & Mint Fragrance Oil 737
(1) 2 oz Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap
(1) 1 Block Evergreen Sparkle Mica Soap Color Blocks
(1) 1 Mold Handmade Guest Tray Soap Mold (MW 22)
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(1) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 30 oz. Detergent Free Coconut Milk MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 0.90 oz. Plantation Pineapple & Mint Fragrance Oil 737
• 0.45 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap
• 0.05 oz. Evergreen Sparkle Mica Soap Color Blocks


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (32 oz.)
• (1) Soap Cutter & Cutting Mat
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Rubbing Alcohol - 99%
• (1) Mixing Spoon
• (1) Plastic Wrap
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron nd workspace.
  1. To microwave-safe measuring cup, add Coconut Milk MP Soap and heat in microwave until completely melted.
  2. Mix Fragrance Oil and Vanilla Color Stabilizer in a plastic beaker. Stir and let sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour fragrance mixture into soap and blend in.
  4. Place tray mold on scale and tare. Fill mold with 22 oz. of soap. Spritz with rubbing alcohol and let soap harden.  
  5. To remaining soap, add 0.05 oz. Evergreen Color Bar. Stir until color has completely melted. Set aside until first layer has hardened.
  6. Spritz first layer generously with rubbing alcohol. If necessary, briefly reheat green soap (temperature should not exceed 125°F) and pour over the top. Spritz top with rubbing alcohol and let completely harden.
  7. Remove soap from mold and cut into 15 individual bars. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  8. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.
