Soak in a tub with these moisturizing bath fizzies! You’ll feel like royalty sitting in a tub of gold colored water while the salts add detoxing activated charcoal to the bath water.

(1) 1 lb Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)

(1) 1 lb Citric Acid Powder

(1) 1 lb Black Sea Salt - Small

(1) 2 oz Arrowroot Powder

(1) 2 oz Shea 50

(1) 2 oz Jar Shimmering Light Gold Mica Powder

(1) 2 fl. oz Mayan Gold - EO & FO Blend 347

(3) 1 Mold Farmhouse Guest Silicone Mold 1619

(1) 1 Set Powder Spray Set - 14 ml (Fine Mist)

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(1) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic

(7) 1 Piece Clear Cello Bag (2.5" x 2" x 6")

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 16 oz. Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
• 8 oz. Citric Acid Powder
• 3 oz. Black Sea Salt - Small
• 1 oz. Arrowroot Powder
• 0.75 oz. Shea 50
• 1.30 oz. Shimmering Light Gold Mica Powder
• 7.5 ml(s) Mayan Gold - EO & FO Blend 347


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Large Mixing Bowls (5 Qt.)
• (1) 1 Each Scale - Digital Display (Professional)
• (1) Wire Whisk
• (1) 4 Small Bowls
• (1) Rubbing Alcohol

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Mix baking soda, citric acid, arrowroot powder and black salt* with a wire whisk or gloved hands. Break up any clumps that may be in the mixture.
  2. Add 0.30 oz. mica powder and mix well.
  3. Drizzle fragrance into bowl and mix well.
  4. Drizzle Shea 50 over mixture. Mix with gloved hands until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Press mixture into each mold cavity, being sure to pack mixture in well.
  6. For best results, let sit in mold for 24 hours before unmolding.    
  7. Fill powder spray set with 1 oz. of gold mica powder. 
  8. After unmolding, spritz tops lightly with rubbing alcohol and immediately follow with a spray of gold mica powder.  
  9. Place fizzies in a cello bag and close with a Handcrafted Gold label. We packaged (3) bath fizzies per bag. There will be one left over which can be added to another batch or used as a sample. 
  10. Label product accordingly.
To Use:  Drop bath fizzy into warm water and soak. 

*3/2020 - Original recipe used red alaea salts which were discontinued.
