About This Recipe:
Everyone loves emojis, even this one! So we joined the craze and made these cute poop emoji soaps scented in Monkey Farts. These are sure to be a big seller!


Shopping List:
(1) 2 lb Premium Extra Clear MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
(1) 2 fl. oz Monkey Farts - EO & FO Blend 95
(1) 1 Block Matte Brown Soap Color Blocks
(1) 1 Block White Clouds Shimmer Mica Soap Color Blocks
(2) 1 Mold Poop Emoji Soap Mold (MW 524)
(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable
(3) 1 Piece Droppers (Pipettes) - Plastic
(2) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 16.50 oz. Premium Extra Clear MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 0.50 oz. Monkey Farts - EO & FO Blend 95
• 0.15 oz. Matte Brown Soap Color Blocks
• 0.15 oz. White Clouds Shimmer Mica Soap Color Blocks


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Thermometer - Digital
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Soap Cutter & Cutting Mat
• (1) Rubbing Alcohol - 99%

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To microwave-safe container add 16 oz. of cut up soap. Add brown color block. Heat in microwave until completely melted.
  2. Spritz each mold cavity with rubbing alcohol.
  3. Using a dropper, pipe brown soap into the middle of each eye. Let harden.
  4. To beaker, add 0.50 oz. soap along with white color block. Heat in microwave until melted.
  5. When brown soap has set in molds, spritz with alcohol.
  6. Using dropper, carefully pipe white soap into remaining eye area. Let harden.
  7. Reheat brown soap in measuring cup, if necessary. Add fragrance oil and stir.
  8. When soap has cooled to 125°F, spritz soap in each cavity and pour brown soap into each, filling to the top. Spritz, again, and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove from mold once set up.
  10. Reheat white soap in beaker until melted.
  11. Spritz soaps and using a dropper, fill in the mouth area with the white soap.
  12. Once hardened, package as desired.
  13. Label product accordingly. 
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse off with warm water.
