Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. Embed paper can be used with either a laser or ink jet printer. When using embed paper in soap, the paper remains intact until soap is used to point of embed. At that time, paper dissolves in water.
  2. Here is link to the template for the embed paper: https://www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com/PDFs/Labels/Sports-Embed-Template.pdf
  3. Print the volleyball, soccer and basketballs on the embed paper and cut out to fit into each soap cavity.
  4. To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 6 oz. of cut up clear soap. Heat in microwave until soap has melted.
  5. Pour a thin layer of soap into first cavity. Place the embed paper face down in the cavity. Gently push the paper into the soap so it is completely covered. You will see the paper absorbing the soap. Spritz with alcohol. Repeat with all soap cavities and allow to harden.
  6. To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 6 oz. of cut up white soap. Heat in microwave until melted.
  7. Add 5 ml of fragrance oil and mix into melted soap.
  8. When soap has cooled to 130°F, spritz the cavities with alcohol and pour approximately one ounce of soap into each cavity.  Spritz again and allow to harden.
  9. To microwave-safe measuring cup add 6 oz. of cut up clear soap. Heat in microwave until melted. Add 5 ml of fragrance oil. (You will repeat this step for each color.)
  10. Add 1/8 of a color bar cube to the melted soap and stir until dissolved. Heat soap briefly if color does not completely melt.
  11. Once soap has cooled to 125°F,  spritz top of soap with alcohol and pour colored soap into 2 cavities until it reaches the top of the cavity. Spritz with alcohol and let harden.
  12. Repeat steps 9-11 with other colors until all cavities are filled. Allow to harden.
  13. Remove soaps from mold and wrap in plastic wrap or other airtight packaging.
  14. Label product accordingly.
