About This Recipe:
This lovely purple soap bar smells amazing! The lavender and coconut milk natural fragrance oil provides a beautiful scent that is further complemented with the natural fragrance of the lavender powder.

(1) 2 lb Detergent Free Coconut Milk MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray

(1) 2 fl. oz Lavender & Coconut Milk - Natural FO 1021

(1) 2 oz Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap

(1) 2.5 gm Bag Amethyst Purple Mica Powder

(1) 2 oz Lavender Powder

(1) 1 Mold Rectangle Basic Silicone Mold 1601

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 27 oz. Detergent Free Coconut Milk MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 0.80 oz. Lavender & Coconut Milk - Natural FO 1021
• 0.40 oz. Vanilla Color Stabilizer - MP Soap
• 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Amethyst Purple Mica Powder
• 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Lavender Powder


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (32 oz.)
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Soap Cutter & Cutting Mat
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Rubbing Alcohol - 99%
• (1) Measuring Spoons

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron.
  1. To measuring cup, add soap base and microwave until melted.
  2. Add fragrance to vanilla color stabilizer. Mix well and allow to sit for two minutes.
  3. Add purple mica and lavender powder to fragrance blend and mix well.
  4. Add mixture to melted soap and stir well.
  5. Pour soap into mold and spritz with rubbing alcohol.
  6. Allow soap to harden and then remove soap from mold.
  7. Wrap airtight in plastic wrap.
  8. Label accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse off.
