We also recommend a clean apron and workspace. Split the foamer base between two measuring cups. Split the fragrance, polysorbate 20 and stabilizer between two beakers and mix well. Pour one fragrance mixture into each of the measuring cups and mix well. Fill each bottle with 8.65 oz. by weight. When the bubbles settle, twist on the tops. Label accordingly. To Use: Pump onto wet hands and lather well. Rinse off with water.
