About This Recipe:
This rinse-out hair conditioner contains Nettle Extract which helps soothe irritated skin and Honeyquat to help add shine to the hair. You will not only love how this makes your hair feel but also how it smells. The sparkling apple champagne fragrance has just the right amount of wild berries and pear blended in.

(2) 16 oz Hair Conditioner Base

(1) 1/2 oz Nettle Extract - Water Soluble

(1) 1/2 oz Honeyquat

(1) 2 fl. oz Apple Honey Champagne Fragrance Oil 993

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(1) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene

(4) 1 Bottle 08 oz Natural HDPE Boston Round Bottle - 24/410

(4) 1 Piece 24/410 Black Ribbed SADDLE Pump Top


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 32 oz. Hair Conditioner Base
• 0.50 oz. Nettle Extract - Water Soluble
• 0.25 oz. Honeyquat
• 0.25 oz. Apple Honey Champagne Fragrance Oil 993


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (32 oz.)
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Scissors
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To measuring cup, add hair conditioner base. Place in microwave and heat for 30 seconds. Stir. 
  2. To beaker, add Nettle Extract, Honeyquat and fragrance oil. Slowly pour into conditioner base
    blending in with a spatula.
  3. Fill each bottle to 8.15 oz. by weight.
  4. Trim dip tubes to fit bottle length and place on bottles.
  5. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Massage conditioner into hair after shampooing. Rinse with warm water.
