About This Recipe:
This simple Melt and Pour soap combines three new products: Crafter's Choice Tussah Silk MP Soap Base,Tapioca Pearls and our new Milky Way Cloud mold. The tussah silk adds a silky and creamy lather to the soap while the tapioca pearls add a gentle exfoliate plus a unique look.

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 21.0 oz. Premium Tussah Silk MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 0.60 oz. Dream Angel* Fragrance Oil (Special Order)
• 1.0 oz. Tapioca Pearls
• 2 Drop(s) Stained Glass Ocean Blue Liquid Color

• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Soap Cutter & Cutting Mat
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Small Bowl
• (1) Measuring Spoon
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Thermometer - Digital
• (1) Rubbing Alcohol - 99%
• (1) Plastic Wrap

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, workspace and sanitized equipment.
  1. In a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 10.50 oz. of soap base cut into chunks. Heat in microwave until melted. Stir soap to melt any small pieces that might be in the soap.
  2. Add 1 drop Ocean Blue liquid color and 0.30 oz. of fragrance. Stir well.
  3. To a small bowl, add .50 oz. tapioca pearls. 
  4. When soap has cooled down to 130°F, pour in enough soap to cover the bottom of each mold cavity. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of tapioca pearls into each cavity and then divide up any remaining pearls. 
  5. After one minute, spritz soap well with rubbing alcohol and slowly pour remaining soap to the top of each cavity. Spritz, again, and let completely harden.
  6. Remove from mold and set aside. If soaps are difficult to unmold, place in freezer for 20 minutes and then unmold.
  7. Repeat steps 1-5 to make remaining 3 soaps.
  8. Wrap in airtight packaging or plastic wrap.
  9. Label product accordingly.
 To Use: Lather onto wet skin and gently massage skin with pearls. Rinse off with warm water.
