About This Recipe:
Our new set of Pink EZ Colors will make adding pink tints to your lip gloss line a breeze.  Spring is around the corner and what better way to welcome it with Pink Lip Gloss. This recipe is for one color and can be repeated, using different colors and flavors.

(1) 2 oz MCT - Mid Chain Triglycerides Liquid
(1) 2 fl. oz Classic Watermelon - Sweetened Flavor Oil 800
(1) 1 oz EZ Color - Pink Watermelon Infusion
(1) 1 oz EZ Color - Neon Hot Pink Kisses
(1) 1 oz EZ Color - Sexy Pink Slippers
(1) 1 oz EZ Color - Mai Tai Orange
(4) 1 Each Plastic Syringe - 2 oz

Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 4.00 oz. Versagel Lip Gloss Base
• 1 oz. MCT - Mid Chain Triglycerides Liquid
• 5 ml(s) Classic Watermelon - Sweetened Flavor Oil 800
• 1 Drop(s) EZ Color - Pink Watermelon Infusion
• 1 Drop(s) EZ Color - Neon Hot Pink Kisses
• 1 Drop(s) EZ Color - Sexy Pink Slippers
• 1 Drop(s) EZ Color - Mai Tai Orange

• (1) Microwave
• (1) Mixing Bowl

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, workspace and sanitized equipment.
  1. Add 4 oz. Versagel to a microwave-safe container and heat until temperature of base reaches 160°F.  We recommend heating in 4 minute increments. Remove, stir and continue to heat. This can take up to 10 minutes. 
  2. Add 1 oz. MCT to a small microwave-safe container and heat in microwave for 1 minute. Slowly stir into Versagel until well blended. 
  3. Add flavor oil and stir.
  4. Add drops of EZ Color until desired tint is reached, stirring as you go.
  5. To fill bottles, take a plastic dropper and cut off the top at the 2 ml mark (2 inches from tip). Tape the tip of the dropper to the syringe.  
  6. Fill the syringe with the Vesagel mixture, using the spatula push the lip gloss to the bottom and insert plunger.  Place the syringe in the tube part of the Lip Gloss Wand and Tube set and fill.
  7. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Apply lip gloss to lips as desired.
