NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To a microwave-safe container, add 14 oz. of cut up clear soap.  Add 0.10 oz. Nutone Green Soap Color bar. Heat in microwave until melted.
  2.  Add .4 oz of fragrance to melted soap and stir well.
  3. Pour 3.5 ounces of melted soap into a small measuring cup.
  4. Place mold on cookie sheet for stability.
  5. Pour approximately .4 ounces of green clear soap into the shamrock of part of each cavity of the mold and spritz with rubbing alcohol. Let soap harden.
  6. Add EZ color matte white to the small container of green soap to lighten soap and make it opaque.
  7. When soap has cooled to 140 degrees and the shamrock has hardened, spritz the soap in the mold with alcohol and pour 1 ounce of the light green soap into the mold.  Let harden.
  8. If necessary, remelt the remaining 9 ounces of green scented soap.
  9. When the soap in the mold has hardened, spritz with alcohol and place the luffa in each cavity.
  10. Pour remaing green soap over each luffa. Push down on luffa so it soaks up the soap. Fill to the top. Spritz with rubbing alcohol and let harden.
  11. Remove from mold and set aside.
  12. Repeat to make additional three bars.
  13. Package as desired.
  14. Label product accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin. Use luffa side to gently scrub heals and elbows. Rinse off with warm water.
