About This Recipe:
This hardworking kit does double duty in the shower. Use as a shampoo to gently cleanse the scalp. And a body wash that will leave your skin super clean. The added Silk Amino Acids give this liquid wash a softer feel, and are thought to create a protective barrier on the skin & hair.

(2) 16 oz Shower Gel - Crystal Clear
(1) 2 fl. oz Cucumber & Fresh Mint Fragrance Oil 409
(1) 2 oz Polysorbate 20
(1) 1/2 oz Silk Amino Acids Liquid
(1) 1 Piece Beaker - Natural Polypropylene
(2) 1 Bottle 12 oz Natural HDPE Boston Round Bottle - 24/410
(2) 1 Piece 24/410 Black Ribbed SADDLE Pump Top


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 24 oz. Shower Gel - Crystal Clear
• .50 oz. Cucumber & Fresh Mint Fragrance Oil 409
• .50 oz. Polysorbate 20
• .50 oz. Silk Amino Acids Liquid


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Measuring Cup (32 oz.)
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. In plastic beaker, mix .50 oz. fragrance with 0.50 oz. Polysorbate 20. Let sit for two minutes. 
  2. In a large glass bowl or measuring cup, add 24 oz. of Shower Gel.
  3. Add 0.50 oz Silk Amino Acids.
  4. Add fragrance mixture and stir well.
  5. Fill 2 bottles to 12oz by weight. Pour any remaining mixture between bottles and apply caps.
  6. Label product accordingly.
To Use:  Massage onto wet skin and hair. Rinse with warm water.
