About This Recipe:
Perk up your lips with this yummy coffee sugar scrub.  The sugar gently exfoliates your lips and helps to remove dry, flaky skin while leaving them soft and smooth. 


Shopping List:
(1) 1 lb Sugar - White Granulated Sugar

(1) 2 oz Coffee Butter Blend

(1) 2 oz Shea Butter - Ultra Refined

(1) 2 oz Camelina Oil

(1) 2 oz Apricot Kernel Oil

(1) 1/2 oz Vitamin E Natural T-50

(1) 2 fl. oz Dulce de Leche - Sweetened Flavor Oil

(13) 1 Set 1/2 oz Clear Pot & Clear Screw Top

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable


Recipe Ingredients:
Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 5.10 oz. Sugar - White Granulated Sugar
• 1.70 oz. Coffee Butter Blend
• 1.70 oz. Shea Butter - Ultra Refined
• 0.80 oz. Camelina Oil
• 0.15 oz. Apricot Kernel Oil
• 0.25 oz. Vitamin E Natural T-50
• 0.15 oz. Dulce de Leche - Sweetened Flavor Oil


Equipment From Home:
• (1) Mixing Bowl (16 oz.)
• (1) Hand Mixer
• (2) Smaller Mixing Bowls
• (1) Butter Knife
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:
NOTE:  If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To a large mixing bowl, add 1.7 oz. each of the Coffee Butter and the Shea Butter. Set aside.
  2. In a second mixing bowl, add the Camelina, Apricot Kernel, Vitamin E and Flavor Oils.
  3. To a third bowl, weigh and add the 5.10 oz. granulated sugar.  
  4. Using a hand mixer, begin mixing the butters.
  5. Add in the oils and mix until fully blended.
  6. Continue mixing and add in all the sugar.
  7. Using a butter knife, fill each clear pot and screw on the lid. 
  8. Label product accordingly.
To Use:  Gently rub over lips to help remove dead skin. Rinse off with warm water. Follow with a moisturizing lip balm.
