Tangerine Emulsified Sugar Scrub Kit

This kit makes 8 jars of emulsified sugar scrub. Emulsified means everything stays blended so you don't have oil sitting on the top and your sugar on the bottom. Sugar scrubs are gentle on the skin but provide a nice exfoliant to keep your skin smooth.
