Easily create this exfoliating hand soap with this soap scrub making project. Pumice powder is all natural volcanic ash and serves as an abrasive scrub in this soap recipe. The powder is suspended in liquid soap base, and colored for its light green appearance. Shea butter is also added to moisturize skin and lemongrass essential oil leaves a wonderful aroma on your clean hands.
