French White Shimmer Mica Powder
French White Shimmer Mica Powder is a cosmetic powder that reminds us of a sparkling chandelier hanging from the ceiling of a French cathedral. The sparkling powder combined with our Heavenly* Fragrance Oil makes stunning melt and pour soaps.

The pictured lotus blossom is clear melt and pour soap colored at a rate of 1 tsp. per pound of soap.
