After-Sun Whipped Aloe Butter

After a full day in the sun, your skin will thank you when you apply this whipped aloe butter with aloe vera oil.  Aloe Vera has long been thought to help soothe sunburned skin.  Apply it often to help keep your skin moisturized.

(1) 1 lb (single jar) Aloe Butter Blend

(1) 2 oz Aloe Vera Oil - Clear

(1) 2 fl. oz Soleil Blanc* Fragrance Oil 1035

(1) 1/2 oz Vitamin E Natural T-50

(1) 2 oz Cornstarch - Pure

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(5) 1 Piece 70/400 Black Ribbed Top Cap - F217 Liner

(5) 1 Jars 04 oz Clear Heavy Wall Plastic Jar - 70/400

Recipe Ingredients:

• 16 oz. Aloe Butter Blend
• 0.50 oz. Aloe Vera Oil - Clear
• 0.25 oz. Soleil Blanc* Fragrance Oil 1035
• 0.10 oz. Vitamin E Natural T-50
• 1 Teaspoon(s) Cornstarch - Pure

• (1) Hand Mixer
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Measuring Spoons
• (1) Scale - Digital Display

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.

1. To mixing bowl, add Aloe Vera Butter. Place in microwave for 20 seconds to soften.
2.  Using hand mixer, whip butter for 2 minutes until fluffy.
3.  Add Aloe Vera Oil, Cornstarch, Vitamin E and Fragrance Oil. Blend with spatula then continue to whip with mixer until ingredients are well incorporated and product is a frosting consistency.
4.  Fill 5 jars with about 3.3 ounces of product. Apply lids.
5.  Label product accordingly.

To Use: Apply to skin as needed.
