Lemon Mint Emulsified Sugar Scrub

Your skin will love this sugar scrub made with our new Emulsified Base for Scrubs. It contains Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil and Shea Butter to hydrate and moisturize the skin as the sugar gently exfoliates. This scrub is even gentle enough to use on the face. The scent of Lemon Mint Tea will create an uplifing experience every time you wash with it!  

(1) 16 oz Emulsified Base for Scrubs

(2) 1 lb Sugar - White Granulated Sugar

(1) 2 fl. oz Lemon Mint Tea* Fragrance Oil 872

(1) 2 oz Preservative – Phenoxyethanol + CG

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(3) 1 Set 07 oz Clear Round PET Bail Jar & Lid Set

Recipe Ingredients:

• 12.8 oz. Emulsified Base for Scrubs
• 19.2 oz. Sugar - White Granulated Sugar
• 0.50 oz. Lemon Mint Tea* Fragrance Oil 872
• 0.25 oz. Preservative – Phenoxyethanol + CG

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, workspace and sanitized equipment.

1. Weigh and add Emulsified Scrub Base to a large mixing bowl. 
2. Using a hand mixer, whip product for 30 seconds. 
3. Gently stir in small amounts of Sugar with spoon or spatula until they are well incorporated. If a thicker product is desired, more sugar can be added. 
4. Stir in Fragrance Oil and Preservative until blended.
5. Fill jars evenly with product and close jar.
6. Label product accordingly.

To Use: Massage onto wet skin using a circular motion. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. May need to be stirred slightly before use.
