(1) 2 lb Premium Extra Clear MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray

(1) 5 lb Sugar - White Granulated Sugar

(1) 2 oz Glycerin - Natural

(1) 2 fl. oz Vanilla Almond Fragrance Oil 624

(1) 5 ml Stained Glass Lemon Yellow Liquid Color

(1) 1 Each Hairnets - 24 inch Disposable

(8) 1 Piece 89/400 Black Ribbed Top Cap - F217 Liner

Recipe Ingredients:

Measure ingredients with a scale or precise measuring tool.

• 16 oz. Foaming Bath Whip - Traditional
• 10 oz. Premium Extra Clear MP Soap Base - 2 lb Tray
• 35 oz. Sugar - White Granulated Sugar
• 1 oz. Glycerin - Natural
• 1 oz. Vanilla Almond Fragrance Oil 624
• 15 Drop(s) Stained Glass Lemon Yellow Liquid Color

• (1) Stand Mixer (Mixer, 3 qt. Bowl, Beater)
• (1) Microwave
• (1) Microwave-Safe Measuring Cup (16 oz.)
• (1) Spatula
• (1) Scale - Digital Display
• (1) Soap Cutter & Cutting Mat
• (2) beaker

Directions:

NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron, work area and sanitized equipment.

Add cut-up soap to measuring cup.
Heat soap in microwave in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
Pour soap into stand mixer bowl.
Add glycerin and mix with stand mixer on low.
Stop mixer and add Foaming Bath Whip. Mix on low.
Turn speed to high for 1-2 minutes. (Mixture will become creamy and look like marshmallow cream.)
Turn speed to low-medium and slowly add sugar.
Add lemon color and fragrance oil. When fully blended, stop mixer.
Fill each jar to 7.50 oz. by weight and apply lids.
Label product accordingly.

To Use: Massage gently onto wet skin. Rinse off with warm water.

	No, I start whipping the melted MP soap, and then add the whipped soap and the MP soap just hardens up into a lump at the bottom of the mixer

	"I just made this scrub. I followed directions but then at the end I thought I forgot to add the glycerin and proceeded to add the extra 1oz in bottle. Does that matter ? The jars also only fill to 5.5 oz and I was able to fill 2 more large jars with 8 oz each Where did I go wrong I’m sorry I am new to this and learning Thank you "

	Staff Answer The extra 1 oz. glycerin will not have any affect on the scrub. As far as filling the jars, you may not have whipped the product enough, or too much. You should be able to get 7.5 oz. of product into the 8 oz. jars. If you can't, then fill to the 5.5 oz. that you were able to get into the jars and have some leftover. You can purchase extra jars or fill some smaller jars that you can use as samples. We cannot say why you could not fill your jars to 7.5 oz. You still came out with the correct amount of product - about 60 oz.

	Can i add anything to this. It’s very thick. It also does not have a smooth feel and after i rinse it has a sticky felling that i have to rinse again. I have plenty of extra stuff from other kits i have ordered and would like suggestions to help it. Thank you

	Staff Answer You can add a fixed oil such as Sweet Almond, Olive Oil, etc. to the scrub to thin it out. Add a small amount at a time until you get the consistency you want.
