Directions:
NOTE: If you are making these products for sale, good manufacturing practices recommend you wear a hairnet, gloves and a mask. We also recommend a clean apron and workspace.
  1. To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 7.30 oz. of cut up ultra white MP soap base. Heat in microwave until melted.
  2. Add walnut shell powder and stir well to incorporate.
  3. Add 0.20 oz. fragrance oil to melted soap, mix and pour into bottom of regular silicone loaf mold.
  4. As soon as the soap has formed a skin, start to texture the layer. Covering the blade with a dish cloth or towel, use back end of soap cutter (handled side) and push soap down into different areas. This will create an uneven layer and resemble valleys.
  5. To a microwave-safe measuring cup, add 8 oz. of cut up clear MP soap base along with 0.10 oz. cobalt blue soap block. Heat in microwave until melted.
  6. Stir in 0.20 oz. fragrance oil and 2 micro scoops of Iridescent Sparkle Glitter until blended well and allow soap to cool to 140º F.
  7. Place soap mold on scale and tare to zero. Spritz bottom layer of soap with rubbing alcohol, and then pour 7.30 oz. blue soap into the mold. Pour remaining soap into guest silicone mold. (This will be used to make the striped soap pieces for the top of soap.)
  8. As with first layer, use back end of soap cutter to push down soap in different areas.
  9. Weigh and cut up 8 oz. ultra white soap base and add to measuring cup. Add 0.10 oz. cobalt blue soap block and heat in microwave until melted. Add 0.20 oz. fragrance oil and stir well. Allow soap to cool to 140º F.
  10. Place mold on scale and tare to zero. Spritz soap in large loaf mold with alcohol, then pour 7.30 oz. of soap into mold. Immediately prop up long side of mold so it is angled. (We used the 2 lb. tray for this.) Pour remaining soap into guest silicone mold after spritzing with alcohol. Let soap harden in both.
  11. To measuring cup, add 8 oz. of cut up clear soap base. Heat in microwave until melted.
  12. Add turquoise teal mica powder, 2 micro scoops sparkle glitter and 0.20 oz. fragrance oil.  Mix well.
  13. When soap has cooled to 140° F, spritz soap in both molds with alcohol. Pour 7.30 oz. of turquoise soap into regular mold. Immediately prop mold up on the opposite side. Pour remaining soap into guest loaf. Allow soap to harden.
  14. Add 8 oz. cut up ultra white soap to measuring cup and melt in microwave. Add tropical sea green mica powder along with 0.20 oz. fragrance oil and mix well.
  15. Move regular mold to flat surface. Spritz soap in both molds and pour 7.30 oz. light green soap into regular loaf mold. Pour remaining soap into the guest loaf and allow soap to harden.
  16. Remove layered soap from the guest mold. Cut up into small pieces and set aside.
  17. Cut up 8 oz. of ultra white soap base. Place into medium glass mixing bowl and heat in microwave until melted.
  18. Add 0.20 oz. fragrance oil and stir. Using hand mixer, whip soap until soft and fluffy, but not too firm. Immediately pour over loaf and fill as high as the mold will hold.
  19. Sprinkle striped soap pieces over top and follow with iridescent super sparkle glitter.
  20. Melt 1 oz. of clear soap base and drizzle over the top to hold the soap pieces in place. Let soap completely set up.
  21. Carefully remove soap from mold. Place in mitre box, if available, and slice into bars.
  22. Wrap with plastic wrap or desired packaging.
  23. Label accordingly.
To Use: Lather onto wet skin and rinse off with warm water.
