International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients (INCI):Cetearyl Alcohol, PEG-40, Castor Oil, stearalkonium Chloride
Directions:
- Add the flakes to 160 degree F water.
- Stick blend until smooth.
- Add Germaben II or Phenonip preservative, Fragrance and Colorant
- Mix periodically until cool enough to pour into containers.
Note: The hair conditioner flakes mix in easily and smoothly. Mixture thickens as it cools.
