This Botanical Extract Blend contains Calendula Flower Bud Extract, Sunflower Extract, Aloe Extract and more. Use this water soluble product in your lotions, butters, scrubs and facial products to add a nourishing touch smooth touch.

Common Name Ingredient Listing (FDA Approved):
Water, Glycerin, Calendula Extract, Sunflower Extract, Aloe Extract, Irish Moss Extract, Marshmallow Root Extract, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid.
Note: When this blend is used as an ingredient in another product you can omit the ingredients sodium benzonate, potassium sorbate and citric acid from the label because they are considered "incidental".
Directions:
DIRECTIONS: Slowly stir desired amount of liquid into formula and mix well. Common use levels for 1 pound of base are: 1 teaspoon to 1 Tablespoon or 1-3%.
TIPS: This product provides rich attributions to formulations such as lotions, shower gels, shampoos and face masks. Test your final product to insure optimal performance.
STORAGE: Store in an airtight, cool, dark location. When stored properly, best used within 1 year from date of purchase.
CAUTION: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

COMMENTS: This is a great addition to shampoo. I was looking for something to add to my shampoo that would soften the hair just a little bit more for women with thinning hair who don’t use a conditioner because it weighs the hair down. When I tested it out with the botanicals added I was surprised to find that not only did it make my hair softer, it gave it more volume and made it feel thicker. Not only that, it helped soothe my constantly itchy scalp. I tested it at 5% and then at 3% and found that 5% is definitely better. A bit pricey but so worth it!

COMMENTS: I truly love this product! I thought the lotion I was making was pretty good, but when I added this extract I was AMAZED. Since using this extract the outcome of my lotion has been wonderful. People tell me how soft their skin has felt since the addition of this product to my lotions. I purchased the oil soluble version to add to my anhydrous products.

COMMENTS: I have sensitive oily skin and I'm very picky about moisturizers and toners. I mixed this with a body spray base and used as my toner. It was so rich and silky, while still being light and non-greasy, and relieved any tightness and dryness instantly. After sleeping in the dry inside heat of winter, I awoke with skin that felt soft, supple and hydrated. I absolutely love this!
