"Leaked in package" |

COMMENTS: This smells really good, but when it arrived I could smell it once I opened the package. Unfortunately, out of the 2 bottles that I ordered of flavor oils, this is the only one that leaked. I am not sure how much but looking at the stains on the wrapping paper, it was probably at least .25 oz, Other than that, I am looking forward to using it in my lip balms. I would recommend adding some tape around the seal of the cap where it meets the jar to prevent leaks. Two ounces is not a lot and to lose any amount is not good.

"Bitter chemicla taste" |

COMMENTS: Purchased for use in lip balms, scrubs and gloss. Didn't get to lip gloss as the results from the lip balms and scrubs was a disaster. There is a very bitter chemical taste to this product. I am thoroughly disappointed because I purchased a larger bottle and the money is wasted. I could never sell an item with this product in it.

COMMENTS: I used at 2% and there was no flavor in my lip balm. I feel like I have wasted 50 tubes of product :( I could just about get away with labeling this one unflavored. Also, I bought this already sweetened so that it would give me a nice overall base that doesn't separate out like I have trouble with stevia doing. Nope...it separated out on me. There were little tiny balls of flavor in my base. Very disappointed
