COMMENTS: I read the comments before ordering this fo for my cold process soap. I found it smelled great oob but it did not hold up at all in my soap. I soap at around 90°. Very curious about usage levels as I thought I had added at a proper percentage. Kinda disappointing

COMMENTS: The original Bath & Body Works Fresh Ginger Lime was from the early 2000s, and was part of a line that also included Lemongrass Sage, Water Blossom Ivy, and Cool Citrus Basil.
Once diluted, this smells just like the original Fresh Ginger Lime. Fresh and citrusy lime with a hint of ginger, without becoming too ginger or bitter. Works just fine in the melt & pour soap base I used (the premium clear), and in the other products I made.
So glad to have access to this scent again. I tried the Cool Citrus Basil and Lemongrass Sage, and they smell like the original Bath & Body Works versions also.0

COMMENTS: My whole family loves this scent! I have not smelled the bbw verion, so I can't compare it. My daughter decribes is as a freash cut green and clean lime. I was looking for something close to a Moscow Mule type fragrence, with ginger beer and lime. This is more lime, I can also smell the ginger but it is less detectable. I used it in cp and it stayed stable through cure (4 to 6 weeks) I really do like this one, and in order for me to get to use any of the things I make with it I'll need to get a bigger bottle!

COMMENTS: A favorite of both my boys (24 & 16 yr olds) and my customers. It does speed up trace but not to the the point it’s unworkable. Keep it to simple designs and it works great. I soap at room temp and do not insulate and this FO got hott. So overall it does not soap perfectly but it smells amazing so worth working around the acceleration. It does not discolor either.

COMMENTS: I watched a video of someone who was raving about this fragrance so I had to try it and thank goodness, I did. It smells so clean and refreshing and just makes you feel good when you smell it, if that makes any sense! It behaved marvelously in cold process soap allowing me plenty of time for my tiger stripes. I will definitely be back to buy more.

"WAY Better Than I Expected- Everyone Comments" |

COMMENTS: I got this as a free sample with my order and was so surprised at how much I like it. It does not smell cloying or fake, but fresh and nice. I used this in my melt and pour soaps and every single person that came in the house asked what the amazing smell was. I guess this one is a keeper! I will be buying this one again.
I did try adding a couple of drops of cilantro essential oil to one batch which gave it a great twist too.

COMMENTS: This is one of the newer fragrances that I have purchased and I am always kind of leery about something new but I ran into this scent floating around on the open retail market and decided that I would give it a shot. I have to say that, I was more than pleased. It blows every other comparable product ( of this scent ) out of the water. There is no chemical smell and it is very fresh and clean. It truly smells just like freshly harvested fruit and ginger. So glad, I gave this fragrance a chance. Not disappointed. I cant wait to make a batch of soap out of this product.

COMMENTS: I love this ginger lime scent. It's a clean fresh scent that is perfect as a unisex fragrance. I made cold process soaps with this fragrance a few times. No discoloration or acceleration. I used 4 ounces in 5 pound loaves and the scent really lasts. I still have a couple bars from a year ago, and the scent is still there.

COMMENTS: It's so difficult to find a citrus fragrance that sticks in CP soap, but this one sticks beautifully. It is STRONG and spicy. It almost delays trace, so I got plenty of time to do colors and swirls. No ricing, no DOS, no discoloration.

COMMENTS: Really nice scent. I am going to get a big bottle, and make a whole line in this fragrance, including one of each for myself. It has a fresh but also warm quality to it. Working with fragrances all the time, I am picky and sensitive to most, but this one is really pleasant. I added a little Ginger Essential Oil, and a little Lime Essential Oil to deepen the fragrance, and it made it a really spectacular Spa Fragrance, perfect for the Salt Scrub I made. This fragrance got great reviews from our customers!
