COMMENTS: I made some goat milk lotion and added this to the hot milk and it dissolved nicely! I can’t say one way or another on whether or not it’s soothing but my hands sure feel nice and soft and hydrated! I used this at 5%. So far I love it and am excited to offer this to my customers!
