(Although this contains Titanium Dioxide, which is on CA Prop 65 list of toxic chemicals when inhaled, TiO2 is bonded to the base plate of the product -to the mica, to the borosilicate, or to the synthetic mica plate- so it is not loose and Prop 65 is not applicable. Additionally, once added to solid or liquid base, it can't be inhaled and is removed from warning list).
Testing for compatibility to ensure desired results is recommended as the pH of cosmetics can vary greatly.
