COMMENTS: I am so glad I gave this recipe a try. I measured down to only 3 ounces so I didnt waste product if I didnt like it, but I'm making a bigger batch next time. The ACV did smell as I was mixing, but it quickly went away, no smell at all once on my face, which I appreciated! I can tell this works because even after washing my face, it still removed dirt and whatever else from my pores. My skin was not dry at all afterwards. For now, this is my go-to toner in my face cleansing/moisturizing routine.
