"Great day time moisturizer" COMMENTS:  Face cream is smooth and moisturizing without being greasy, it works well under make-up. A little goes a long way so the the 1.7oz pumps I think are perfect. At first I wasn't crazy about the scent so I added 1.5ml. I now enjoy the scent and I'm still glad I used the 1.5ml other wise it might have been to strong for me and others. "Amazing Kit!" COMMENTS:  This is one of 2 kits I purchase recently...and my first time using the kits. I am so happy with the ease of use, the clear directions, and the quality of the cream itself. My face loves me now too. Scented perfectly. It might seems like the scent is strong while mixing, but once you actually use it out of the bottle it is the perfect amount. "White Tea Extract Face Cream kit" COMMENTS:  This is a quick and easy kit to make up. My customers loved the lotion and found it to be very healing and moisturizing. It is wonderful under makeup moisturizer and feels fantastic. The white tea FO is very popular. I love the little pump bottles. I had a request to make a larger size though but customers were very happy that they could carry this size in their purse. "Beautiful" COMMENTS:  I just finished the batch. It worked out perfectly and so easy. The containers are lovely and I was concerned how it would go together, it was a piece of cake, it just snaps in. The fragrance is very light and refreshing. The feel is soft, not heavy or greasy. And I love the extract that helps with inflammation too. "Cool and Refreshing" COMMENTS:  This kit made it extremely easy and cost effective to make this wonderful face cream. It is not a wrinkle remover or line diminisher, but it is a wonderfully soothing face cream and does a great job at removing makeup and nourishing the face. Sometimes I don't like the fragrance oil included with a kit, but this one is wonderful. The white tea fragrance oil is a perfect match and smells "spa-like" and soothing. The kit also left me with leftover Gentle Face and Baby Cream which is a wonderful product, itself! Yes, I would use very little and would replace the FO in the recipe with tea tree. Keep in mind tea tree is a little harsh and it pairs well with lavender and peppermint, to make it a sweeter smell. Staff Answer This recipe has only been formulated and tested to the consistency that it yields. You may experiment by adding additional liquids like water, oils, or cyclomethicone. Remember, any additional water may break emulsion and a preservative will also need to be added. "In reading the products that are included in this kit, I noticed the it contains only 1/2 ounce of the white tea extract. Is it possible if I add an extra 1/2 ounce of the extract to make 1 ounce, or will this dilute it too much? I would love to see more of the white tea extract in this facial cream kit. I really think this is a great kit and it is a great price, but I would like to see just a little more of the tea extract in it." Staff Answer We have not tested the cream with a higher amount of extract. Since you are adding it to a pre-made lotion base, adding too much liquid could break the emulsion of the lotion making it separate. To claim that your product contains sun protection or SPF, the product needs to undergo testing by a lab.
