Directions:

DIRECTIONS:  Incorporate into formula, amount as desired. Common use levels are 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon per pound of base. Test your final product to insure optimal performance and no staining. Not recommended for leave on products.

STORAGE:  Store in an airtight, cool, dark location.  When stored properly, best used within 1 year from date of purchase.  Keep out of reach from children and pets.

CAUTION:  For external use only.  Keep out of reach of children and away from eyes.  Do not inhale.

"Turmeric Powder " COMMENTS:  I purchased this for bath bombs to help produce a natural orange color. My end product came out more of a bright lemon color. It was a beautiful color, but not really what I was going for for an orange and grapefruit scented bath bomb. I may have used too much since it produced a very strong color and it was no where near the orange color in the description photo. I did notice when I sprayed my dry bath bomb ingredients with witch hazel that it immediately turned a bright almost neon orange color when it became wet but then mixed in just fine with no issues and turning yellow again when completely mixed together. This dispersed nicely in the tub and turned the water bright yellow. It didn’t leave a ring around the tub and didn’t stain my skin or tub at all. I would definitely use this again but not as strong and probably for a different scented bath bomb. "Love the color it produces." COMMENTS:  I was looking for a more natural product to color my soaps. This is perfect as I can adjust the color. Very little is a soft yellow and the more you add the darker yellow or orange it gets. Mixes well with soap base and EO's. I love how my lemongrass soap turned out, its so pretty. "good natural color" COMMENTS:  Used in a white base and it changes from bright yellow to a darker brown over time. Glad I tested it out first so I could explain to customers! "I used 1 Tbsp. of turmeric in a 4 lbs. of cold process soap. It was a beautiful orange color and it was well mixed. upon curing it did fade but still a nice orange. But the bars looked speckled. Staff Answer Turmeric can speckle in your product because it does not completely dissolve. You can infuse the powder in an oil. Staff Answer While some of our products may be food grade our repackaging facility and warehouse do not meet the FDA standards for a food repackaging facility. Since these products are repackaged in the same facility as products that are not safe to ingest there is a high rick of cross contamination. Staff Answer In CP & HP Soap it is recommended to use 1 - 3% of your base. Because the product can stain your skin when too much is used I would recommend to use this product in no more then 3% of your base. It’s widely used as a skin exfoliant and improves skin’s texture and It can help with inflammatory skin conditions, such as acne, dry skin, psoriasis and eczema. Hello, WSP only recommends using this product in cold process or hot process soap at a 1-3% ratio based on your total batch weight.
